About 50 attendees last year. An intensive day of Tenkara fishing seminars and workshop presented by experts and Easter Sierra guides services from around country & workshop. It is a great opportunity to learn, to share and hang out with tenkara fishing experts. REGISTER space limited.

About The Event
Eastern Sierra streams are perfect for tenkara fishing. Tenkara Boot Camp designed for all levels of tenkara fishers ranging from novice to expert. It is the first tenkara community gathering in CA. One intensive day of seminars and hands-on workshops by tenkara fishing experts from around the country. Seminars will cover from fundamentals of tenkara fishing to advanced level topics. Workshop will be hands-on practice on casting, catching real fish from the property fish pond and fishing with tenkara rods. Join BBQ from 3:30 PM to 6:30PM. BRING YOUR FLY TYING KIT if you have.
Online Ticket $35 before Sep 16th (including lunch on Sep 28th) - Ticket will be available on June 15th

Bring your own favorite drinks and anything you want to BBQ. - There is cafe at the resort.

Sunday: Groups fishing, Location Golden Wilderness, Hot Creek with Rob Worthing.
Sunday : Golden Trout Wilderness group leave at 7:30 AM and leave Mt. Whitney Restaurant at 9:00. -
Hot Creek: 9:OO AM. Hot Creek group will have lunch at Sushi Samurai around 1:00 PM
Tenkara Boot Camp is being held at Cardinal Village Resort in Bishop, CA. Mammoth Lakes Airport is the closest if you are flying out of LAX.
