Lower Owens Clean Up
There is no better time for cleaning the Lower Owens, Bishop, CA. It is also a prime fishing time on the LO. Clean up is Organize by Chris Leonard of Mammoth Lakes. This is going to be the 4th year, Clean up from 8:30 - 11am Feb 9th. I will follow up with Tanuki fishing clinics.
